Pan Fried Wonton

I have been craving Pan Fried Wonton....soo yummy. I got the basic recipe for the wonton from Mochachocolata-Rita site. I switch things around with using different meats, usually it is chicken. Then I add different vegs...this time carrots & mushrooms. I test out the filling by frying a little bit in a frying pan and adding more ingredients to suit my taste...if needed. To pan fried the wonton I used the technique from Jaden Hair youtube video starting at 4:25. Super yummy...also good in wonton soup as well ヾ(●⌒∇⌒●)ﾉ

Mid-Autumn Festival

My hubby's family & I celebrated the Mid-Autumn Festival on Thursday. We set up a table with moon cake, coconut treats, grapes & tea outside to view the moon. This was my first time ever doing this...It was fun ヾ(●⌒∇⌒●)ﾉ I hope everybody had a wonderful Mid-Autumn Festival.

Recent Purchase: Gap

It has been awhile since I went shopping. Last weekend I went with my friend to the mall to help her look for some stuff but ended up finding something myself. I found a pair of jeans at Gap. It was $12.97 plus additional 30% off so only $10.17 (tax included). I love the color and the fit is perfect and no need to hem because it is the right length on me.
